To whom it may concern:
You are receiving this letter because you are the owner of record for property within 300’ of property named above. The owner/applicant of this property has filed for a variance request. For the variance request to be discussed, a public hearing must be held to take public comment.
The public may appear at the hearing via ZOOM or in person or by counsel, be heard and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Written comments will be received until end of business the day prior to the hearing at the County Courthouse at 5095 Fourth Street Eagle River. ADA access will be accommodated via zoom.
If the State of Michigan changes the current indoor capacity requirements, for the hearing date due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, in-person attendance at the hearing will not be allowed. The hearing will occur as scheduled, but attendance will only be allowed by Zoom, copies and any written evidence will need to be submitted prior to the hearing.
